A native of San Francisco, Alex Friedman designs and weaves tapestries in her Sausalito studio.
She has exhibited internationally and has executed commissions for corporate, liturgical and private clients.
Alex has experience working with architects, interior designers and private individuals to create unique tapestries for their interior space.
Her tapestries are hand woven with wool, cotton, silk and occasionally synthetic fibers for effect.
She also makes tapestries of her own designs that are available for purchase.
